We'll arrive to your home or apartment building at the time we specified on our service call (which you can book online.) We come fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. You're welcome to say or leave during the session, it's completely up to you! Your first appointment with generally take the longest as we get acquainted with the new environment. The following appointments will go a lot faster.

Please let us know if you have any pets and provide any information about your pets that we may need to know. We prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean so we can more efficiently clean your home, but it's not a requirement.
